We are currently seeking a Senior System Engineer to support upcoming defence projects in KSA.
The Senior System Engineer will be responsible for the end-to-end design, system integration, testing, deployment, and technical support of complex military and defence land platforms equipped with advanced electronic payloads such as Radar, Electronic Warfare (EW), C2, and Communication systems.

What You’ll Do
Platform & System Design
Review and analyze customer requirements Lead design solutions for key subsystems (ICT, power systems, HVAC, telescopic masts, stabilization) Draft technical documentation, wiring diagrams, specifications, and bills of material Integration & Testing Install, configure, and integrate payloads and subsystems Execute system integration, functional testing, and upgrades Support factory and site acceptance tests (FAT/SAT)Project & Customer Support
Act as technical lead between HQ (e.g., Rome) and local KSA teams Understand customer needs and translate them into engineering actions Coordinate with suppliers for procurement and delivery Perform site inspections, setup, and troubleshootingTraining & Field Operations
Provide on-the-job training (OJT) to customers and technicians Produce technical intervention and status reports Support local service teams with issue resolutionWhat You Bring
Experience
5+ years in systems engineering, integration, or field deployment of land platform systems
Experience with complex electronic systems in defense, radar, EW, C2, or similar domains
Technical Skills
Strong background in electrical, mechatronic or mechanical engineering Understanding of ICT, networking, Linux, RF systems, and PLCs Experience with RF test equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, signal generators) Proficiency with CAD/CAE toolsCore Competencies
Excellent English communication, both written and spoken Customer-facing experience and strong problem solving Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering
