Job Title: Senior Surveyor - UK Industrial & Logistics (Big Box)

Location: London office base, with national coverage

This is an exceptional opportunity to join JLL’s Industrial & Logistics (I&L) team as a Senior Surveyor in our Big Box division. Based in our London office, you will be part of a dynamic, high-performing team that advises major developers, institutional funds, and key occupiers on their large-scale warehousing strategies, focusing on assets of 100,000 sq ft and larger.

You will be an integral part of a dedicated team, and this role offers a unique blend of direct mentorship from industry leaders and the chance to develop your own leadership skills. What this job involves

As a Senior Surveyor, you will be at the heart of our transaction-focused team. Your key responsibilities will include:

Transaction Delivery: Working closely with the team to deliver acquisition and disposal services on behalf of our key clients across the UK

Client Management: Assisting in managing and growing relationships with our core client base, ensuring the highest level of service and strategic advice

Project Management: Actively supporting market analysis, preparing pitches, and creating best-in-class marketing materials for major instructions

Business Development: Supporting the Directors in identifying new business opportunities, preparing strategic pitches, and helping to win new instructions to grow the team's market-leading position

National Collaboration: Liaising effectively with our regional I&L teams across the UK to provide a seamless, fully-integrated service to our national clients

Market Engagement: Conducting site inspections and property viewings across the country, building an in-depth knowledge of the national Big Box market

Deal Management: Engaging in negotiations and managing transactions from the initial instruction through to a successful completion

To apply, you need to be / have

MRICS Qualified
Relevant Experience: Proven experience within the Industrial & Logistics property sector. Direct experience with large-scale assets ("Big Box") is highly advantageous but not essential for a candidate with the right drive and ambition

A Proactive Mindset: A strong desire to learn, take on responsibility, and contribute to a successful team

Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders with confidence and professionalism

Commercially Astute: A sharp, analytical mind with strong negotiation skills and a client-focused approach

A Collaborative Spirit: A natural team player who thrives on collaboration but is also capable of working independently to drive results

Flexibility: A full UK driving license and a willingness to travel throughout the UK as required by client needs
