More than ever, our clients rely on expert advice to optimise their portfolios and maximise the value of their retail assets. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an immediate impact and add value from day one.
You’ll specialise in valuing retail and mixed-use properties for a diverse range of clients, including investors, banks, insurance companies, institutional funds, REITs, and both public and private companies. Working closely with other C&W service lines, our team is at the forefront of advising clients on the impact of cyclical and structural changes in the property market.

What You’ll Do

Deliver valuations for retail and mixed-use propertiesProvide strategic advice to a wide range of clientsBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsWork independently and collaboratively to meet deadlinesPrepare complex cash flows and investment scenarios in Excel and Argus Developer

Key Requirements

MRICS qualifiedExperience in mixed valuations (commercial & retail)Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Argus Enterprise & DeveloperStrong understanding of income-driven investment valuations and development appraisalsExcellent analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
