Senior Surveyor - Commercial Valuations

Location - Manchester

We’re looking for a talented and motivated Senior Surveyor to become part of our dynamic Commercial Valuation & Advisory team. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality valuation services across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, supporting clients throughout Manchester and the North West. This position offers a mix of office-based work and on-site inspections, along with opportunities to contribute to strategic advisory projects.

What You’ll Do

Carry out Red Book valuations for a variety of commercial property types, including retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use assets.Prepare detailed valuation reports for banks, investors, developers, and corporate clients.Conduct market research and analysis to inform valuation assumptions.Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry professionals to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.Stay up to date with local market trends and regulatory changes.Support business development initiatives and help grow our Valuation & Advisory offering.Ensure compliance with RICS standards and internal quality procedures.

What We’re Looking For
Essential:

MRICS qualified with post-qualification experience in commercial property valuation.Proven experience delivering Red Book valuations.Strong analytical and report-writing skills.Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region.

Desirable:

Experience in development appraisals and investment fund valuations.
Familiarity with Argus Enterprise valuation software.
Knowledge of the Manchester & North West property markets.
