Senior Surveyor – Central London Valuation & Advisory
Location: London

Join our market-leading Central London Valuation & Advisory team. We deliver a mix of loan security and fund valuations for top-tier clients and have valued some of London’s most iconic landmarks. Our team focuses exclusively on commercial valuations across London, producing nearly 500 reports annually with an aggregate value exceeding £100 billion.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an MRICS-qualified surveyor to work in a fast-paced, dynamic market alongside industry leaders. The role reports directly to Partner and Associate level, offering clear progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver valuation mandates and begin building client relationships to attract new businessUndertake valuations primarily for loan security, accounts, and management purposesEnsure compliance with RICS Guidance and internal policiesPrepare valuations and strategic advice for a diverse client baseTake ownership of instructions with minimal supervisionCoordinate larger teams across UK and European valuation departmentsCollaborate with market-facing teams (leasing and capital markets) on valuation inputsPromote the service line to existing and prospective clientsDevelop a market profile through networking and relationship buildingMentor and support junior team membersProduce high-quality valuation reports in various formats

Skills & Experience

MRICS qualified with 2–5 years post-qualification experienceStrong background in commercial valuationsProficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Argus Valuation softwareAnalytical skills to identify market trends and justify valuation opinionsAbility to prioritize and meet deadlines confidentlyProven ability to build client relationships and generate new business
