Job Title: Senior Surveyor – Valuation & Advisory (Residential Development)
Location: Birmigham

Role Overview
A senior role within the Valuation & Advisory team specialising in residential development. You will lead valuations and provide strategic advice on development sites, supporting major developers, investors, and lenders across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

Lead valuations of residential development sites in accordance with Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors standardsPrepare detailed reports for loan security, financial reporting, and development appraisalsUndertake residual land valuations and viability assessmentsAnalyse market trends including sales values, build costs, and planning considerationsManage client relationships and take a lead role in instructionsSupport and mentor junior team membersContribute to business development and winning new work
 

Key Requirements

Degree in Real Estate or related disciplineMRICS qualified (MRICS)Strong experience in residential development valuationAdvanced financial modelling and appraisal skillsProven client-facing and project management experienceStrong knowledge of the UK residential development market
