As a Senior Surgical Sales Associate supporting the Surgical Sales Team, you will be trusted to promote and sell Alcon’s vitreoretinal technologies across Sweden and Norway.
In this role, a typical day will include:
Collaborating with hospital networks and clinics to increase access and utilization of Alcon’s surgical solutions, including new product launchesManaging a territory with existing accounts and new clients, focusing on retaining business and regaining market share.Driving customer engagement through product demonstrations, clinical conversations, and strategic relationship buildingSupporting sales planning and performance goals, while working cross-functionally to implement marketing campaigns and referral network strategiesWHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Life Sciences, Business, or a related fieldProven experience in sales, ideally in surgical ophthalmology or medical technical equipmentSelf-motivated, service-oriented, and comfortable with regular travelFluent in Swedish and English (Norwegian is a plus)Strong initiative and customer-first mindsetHOW YOU CAN THRIVE AT ALCON:
