The Ideal Candidate:
Have worked as a Senior Support Worker in a similar setting and ideally hold NVQ Level 3 or equivalent Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of safeguarding adults and relevant legislation.Awareness of Safeguarding Adults.Flexible in your working approach and be able to work weekends and shifts between 8am-22.00am Car Drivers with access to your own vehicleBenefits:
