Working closely with Engineering and Product Support Teams, the Supply Support Team Leader leads a team of Asset Coordinators responsible for strategic asset management activities in support of achieving contracted fleet capability and availability outcomes. Playing a key role in key projects is just one of the many reasons why it’s great to work here. **Key Responsibilities** + Lead and manage Asset Coordinators + Inventory management, including maintaining stock levels at locations and ensuring the integrity of material control. + Analyse complex problems and implement effective solutions to mitigate risks/issues to ensure key stakeholders deliverables are met. + Provide KPI reports from Inventory Management Systems to identify performance trends and implement remediation as appropriate. **Skills, Experience and Qualifications** + Requires a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation or Distribution + Minimum of 5 years’ experience in relevant experience. + Exposure to a Defence sustainment program is desirable. + Demonstrated ability to lead multiple teams and subordinate leaders.
