Offre d'emploi – Senior Supply Planner (H/F) – Site de Montbonnot
En tant que Senior Supply Planner, vous serez basé(e) sur notre site de Montbonnot. À ce poste, vous serez en charge de planifier, programmer et suivre les flux entrants de matières premières depuis nos fournisseurs. Vous déterminerez les besoins en matériaux et coordonnerez efficacement les approvisionnements en lien avec les équipes achats, production et ingénierie. Vous participerez également à l’élaboration des spécifications pour de nouveaux contrats.
Le poste est majoritairement en présentiel sur site (4 jours par semaine minimum), avec une flexibilité hybride progressive possible.
Vos missions :
Élaborer un plan directeur de production basé sur la demande à jour afin d’identifier les besoins en produits finis à fabriquer ou à acheter, tout en assurant la disponibilité des matières premières et composants sur un horizon allant jusqu’à 24 mois.
Développer des plans de capacité pour anticiper les goulets d’étranglement, évaluer les risques sur la chaîne d'approvisionnement, proposer des solutions, et garantir la capacité du site (ou des partenaires externes) à répondre à la demande future.
Être capable de gérer un plan d’approvisionnement complexe, multi-portefeuille, et multi-sites à mesure que la maturité des franchises progresse.
Apporter votre expertise dans le cadre d’équipes pluridisciplinaires, afin de construire des solutions optimales et de développer les compétences internes.
Définir les niveaux de stock optimaux, en tenant compte de la volatilité de la demande et des délais d'approvisionnement. Cela inclut la définition et le pilotage d'une stratégie de stock de sécurité équilibrée.
Évaluer financièrement le plan d’approvisionnement, en arbitrant entre la disponibilité produit, le coût logistique et les investissements nécessaires, en lien avec les équipes financières.
Suivre l’exécution du plan d’approvisionnement avec les équipes ordonnancement et achats, analyser les écarts, gérer les backorders et communiquer proactivement sur les risques à venir.
Planifier les phases d’introduction ou de retrait de produits, en assurant la coordination avec les équipes opérationnelles et les divisions concernées.
Communiquer efficacement avec les équipes demand planning, à travers des rituels hebdomadaires et un processus mensuel structuré.
Maintenir à jour les données de base dans les systèmes de planification pour garantir la fiabilité des décisions.
Suivre les KPI clés du poste : respect du plan d’approvisionnement, santé des stocks de sécurité, taux d’utilisation des capacités, backorders et délais d’approvisionnement.
Identifier les causes racines des problèmes de performance et être capable de mettre en œuvre les actions correctives de manière autonome.

Formation & expérience :
Diplôme Bac +5 (Master ou équivalent) en sciences, ingénierie ou domaine connexe.
Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en supply planning.
Maîtrise d’Excel.
Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
Serait un plus :
Bonne connaissance d’un ERP tel que SAP.
Expérience en gestion des données de base (Master Data).
Certification APICS ou équivalent.

Senior Supply Planner
As Senior Supply Planner, you will be based in the Montbonnot site. In this role, you plan, schedule and monitor inbound movement of materials from suppliers. You determine material requirements and coordinate the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production and engineering, as well as develop specifications for new contract orders.
The Senior Supply Planner will usually work onsite and eventually have some flexibility for hybrid working (4 days onsite required).
What you will do:
Creation of a Master Resource Plan based on the latest demand signal to cover what needs to be produced or purchased as a finished product and to ensure that within the process there are sufficient raw materials and components to support the required supply plan up to 24 months’ time horizon.
Creation of capacity plans based on the latest demand signal, to identify where there are any potential bottlenecks or risks to supply and to develop and recommend appropriate proposals to mitigate and to ensure that the plant or 3rd party can meet the future demand. Also identify where there is significant underutilization which could impact on the costs of supply.
Capable of developing a supply plan across a complex portfolio and multiple sites if required as franchise maturity develops.
Capable of being able to work on capability building as part of cross functional teams and add expertise in creating optimal solutions.
Setting the correct levels of inventory within the Supply plan by understanding the demand volatility and supply chain lead times. Specifically, the creation of a safety stock strategy and plan that enables continuity of product availability at the optimal level of cash investment.
Ensure that the Supply plan is financially evaluated with regard to balancing the requirement of consistent product availability versus the cost of supply and the investment needed in conjunction with financial partners to ensure meeting the operational budgets and targets.
Tracking of the execution of the supply plan with production scheduling and buying so ensuring that the plan is fully operationalized and tracked for performance deviation this to include mitigation on back orders and pro-active communication of future supply risks.
Ensuring within the Supply Plan that products are being phased in and planned correctly as well as ensuring communication and timing of exiting products within the plant or 3rd party. Communicating with the business in regard to the status of the product portfolio from a supply planning perspective.
Effective communication and confirmation back from supply planning to the demand plan in confirming capability to meet the requirements via the daily and weekly execution process but also via a robust monthly executive supply process.
All Supply Planning system core master-data is maintained to enable focus on real supply issues rather than due to poorly maintained settings within the core planning systems.
KPIS for the role will be Supply Plan Attainment, Safety stock health, Capacity Utilization, Back order and Lead time.
Root causing of performance issues and ability to act on own capability to mitigate and correct.

Required:
Minimum master’s degree in science or engineering discipline, clinical or related fields.
5 years of work experience in Supply planning.
Proficiency in Excel.
Fluency in English and French.
Preferred:
Good knowledge of ERP system such as SAP.
Good experience in Master Data Management.
APICS certification or equivalent.
