ASML is looking for an ambitious senior supply chain Project Lead that is able to deliver improvement projects with impact in the area of planning and supply chain management. Exciting role for academics with 10+ years’ work experience and strong stakeholder management skills, who are passionate about high tech (service) supply chains.

As part of the Integral Field Product Planning Program team, you are responsible to deliver projects within the triple constraints to meet the improvement roadmap that prepares ASML’s planning fundament for the future.

The Integral Field Product Planning department is part of the Planning & Delivery sector, and responsible for:

Driving planning decisions in the ASML customer supply chainIntegrating the complete customer demand in the ASML plan cycleAchieving performance targets by state-of-art forecasting, planning and inventory managementImproving the customer supply chain through standardization and automation
 

Role and responsibilities
Supporting this mission, your main activities as Project Lead are:

Drive improvement projects from initiation till after care within budget/ timing/  scopeIdentify & initiate projectsLead and coach a project team of experts and key users (cross sector)Build a strong relationship with main stakeholders to secure a successful embedding/ deploymentExpected to own the content of the projectEngage with senior management regarding progress and bottlenecks

Education and experience

Relevant Master degree or equivalent level of thinking in the field of supply chain management and/or project management, e.g. Industrial Engineering, Business studies, Supply Chain Management (MBA is a pre).

Project and Portfolio management experience (10+ years) in large international companies (industry or consultancy)Experience in Planning, Supply Chain and/or Operations, where experience in service supply chains is beneficialDeep understanding of supply chain and planning conceptsTrack record of delivering improvement projects through IT solutions and change in business processes
