Senior Supply Chain Planner (Hybrid)

Hybrid (4 Days) in Seattle

Duration: 8-month contract

Pay Range: $30–$35/hr

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sr. Supply Chain Planner to lead the development of tactical and strategic supply plans, manage inventory levels, and ensure product availability to meet customer demand. This role is critical to achieving customer service, supply chain efficiency, and financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:Generate reports and performance analyses of KPIs (e.g., out-of-stock, days of supply, aging inventory)Develop short-term supply plans and assist with long-term planning to balance demand forecasts with cost and capacity constraintsOptimize product flow through the supply chainManage inventory to maximize turns and meet service level targetsServe as a liaison between demand forecasting and supply chain partnersCollaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, suppliers, and customersUse planning system tools to create tactical inventory and supply solutionsParticipate in cross-functional project teams, providing updates and driving timely completionRequired Qualifications:3+ years of experience in supply planning or inventory managementBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related fieldProficiency in:Microsoft Office SuiteOraclePowerBITableau (reporting and analysis)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working independently and collaborativelyPreferred Qualifications:Ability to work with ambiguityStrong supplier relationship management experienceTeam & Culture:Collaborative and supportive environmentMid-sized team with frequent cross-functional interactionHighly interactive role with visibility across departments

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
