Lundbeck is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Planner to oversee and enhance operations with our Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) worldwide. **Your new role** You will manage some of our external supply chains including contract manufacturing and alliance partners, ensuring a reliable supply of medicine to an average of 8 million people globally who depend on it daily. You will work in a high-impact environment where decisions and actions can influence our ability to supply products worldwide, gaining attention from senior management. You will ensure seamless end-to-end supply processes, foster strong relationships with CMOs, and drive operational excellence to support Lundbeck’s mission of improving brain health. Key Responsibilities: + **Stakeholder Management:** Ensure alignment and progress across teams, fostering collaboration and maintaining strong partnerships. + **CMO Operations Management:** Handle forecasting, order issuance, goods receipt and maintain accurate SAP data to support seamless operations. + **Risk Mitigation and Optimization:** Monitor CMO performance and address supply disruptions by leading task forces and implement operational and tactical improvements. + **Project Coordination:** Lead or contribute to cross-organizational projects, ensuring alignment with Lundbeck’s strategic goals. You’ll have the opportunity to work across functions and geographies, contributing to solutions that address supply chain disruptions and drive continuous improvement. **What you bring to the team** Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications: + Experience in supply chain management, with solid knowledge of handling and coordinating complex supply chains + Demonstrated stakeholder management skills; you can balance stakeholders at different organizational levels, different cultures both internally and in relation to external suppliers or partners. + A master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. supply chain management, business or equivalent) + Fluency in spoken and written English. + Familiarity with SAP, Excel, and Power BI is a plus. Additionally, you are a team player with a good sense of humor and solid analytical skills.
