Senior Supply Chain Planner

The team supports the End-to-End Supply Chain with primary focus on finished goods in the network. We plan, lead, and orchestrate the flow of inventory with the mission to align supply with demand using sophisticated analytics. Through planning & analytics we provide operational, tactical, and strategic decision support. We are relied upon to identify and develop creative, innovative, and groundbreaking ways to advance supply chain capabilities of our growing brand.

Responsibilities Lead and develop team members responsible for finished goods inventory planning, sourcing, and execution Own and optimize inventory planning strategies that account for demand variability, lead time risk, and product availability across all channels Lead performance metrics and the development of frameworks to monitor inventory health, optimize SKU flow, and support effective vendor performance in addressing blocking issues Guide and refine exception management strategies to maintain and improve standard methodologies Develop, consolidate, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, improve operational visibility, and ensure data integrity across planning and inventory operations Communicate business insights optimally through storytelling, making data-driven recommendations and influencing operational and strategic decision-making Partner with cross-functional leaders in Merchandise Planning, Logistics, Production, and IT Identify areas for process improvement & operational efficiency, assessing risk, and leading resolution efforts as needed

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency and the ability to harmonize data across platforms, apply statistical analysis, and choose the right tools—such as Excel or more advanced options—for effective analysis and visualization; experience with SQL or similar coding languages is a plus Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a collaborative mindset and a history of successful team leadership or cross-functional partnership Proven ability to anticipate business shifts and operational challenges, proactively identifying risks and opportunities Strategic problem solver with financial competence and an ability to operationalize decisions with cost, speed, service, and capacity goals to drive margin and inventory performance Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain or Business Analytics field or 4+ years relevant professional experience.
