Key Responsibilities:
  Develop and execute the Project Procurement and Contracting Plan, covering materials, equipment, and third-party services. Oversee all supply chain functions: procurement, subcontracts, logistics, material management, and supplier quality surveillance (SQS). Ensure compliance with company, client, and regulatory requirements, including sustainability and local content obligations. Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary supply chain team (SQS, Subcontracts, Procurement, Logistics & Material Management).  
Requirements:
  Experience overseeing procurement, subcontracts, logistics, and material management Ability to develop and execute strategic sourcing and procurement plans Knowledge of EU procurement and regulatory standards Experience with ERP or project systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Aconex
