Responsibilities:

Manage Subcontract repairs directly with Suppliers/Subcontractors (Thales internal or external suppliers)\tCommunicate and answering to internal and external Suppliers/Subcontractors’ queries and quotations\tWork with Back office / Exchange / Retrofit Operations team on all Subcontracting matters\tPrepare Monthly Subcontract repair performance KPI & Analyze under-perform Suppliers/Subcontractors and carryout the root-cause analysis on monthly basis\tConduct weekly repair status review via audio conference for critical Suppliers/Subcontractors\tManage the AVL and setting up process for new Suppliers/Subcontractors \tManage AOG or Critical Subcontract repairs\tPerform timely updates in SAP status / task on any progress, or amendment regarding Subcontract repairs\tCommunicate with internal through E-track board for Subcontract repairs / and external parties through emails\tCreate and manage SAP Task list for subcontracting activities\tOther tasks and responsibilities assigned by the Team-lead or Manager

Requirements:

Min. Diploma in Supply Chain / Supplier management or related field\tMinimum 2 year relevant working experience preferably with knowledge of SAP\tProficient in Microsoft Office application / Power BI\tSelf-driven, meticulous, organized and able to multi-task\tPositive attitude and able to work independently\tProactive and Innovative\tHave sense of urgency and able to work under pressure\tTeam player with good interpersonal skills\tSubcontracting KPI focus and Customers’ OTD oriented
