Responsibilities:

Manage Subcontract repairs directly with Suppliers/Subcontractors (Thales internal or external suppliers)Communicate and answering to internal and external Suppliers/Subcontractors’ queries and quotationsWork with Back office / Exchange / Retrofit Operations team on all Subcontracting mattersPrepare Monthly Subcontract repair performance KPI & Analyze under-perform Suppliers/Subcontractors and carryout the root-cause analysis on monthly basisConduct weekly repair status review via audio conference for critical Suppliers/SubcontractorsManage the AVL and setting up process for new Suppliers/Subcontractors Manage AOG or Critical Subcontract repairsPerform timely updates in SAP status / task on any progress, or amendment regarding Subcontract repairsCommunicate with internal through E-track board for Subcontract repairs / and external parties through emailsCreate and manage SAP Task list for subcontracting activitiesOther tasks and responsibilities assigned by the Team-lead or Manager

Requirements:

Min. Diploma in Supply Chain / Supplier management or related fieldMinimum 2 year relevant working experience preferably with knowledge of SAPProficient in Microsoft Office application / Power BISelf-driven, meticulous, organized and able to multi-taskPositive attitude and able to work independentlyProactive and InnovativeHave sense of urgency and able to work under pressureTeam player with good interpersonal skillsSubcontracting KPI focus and Customers’ OTD oriented
