We are looking for an experience Supply Chain Engineer who is responsible for improvement projects in a dynamic environment. As Supply Chain Engineer you will initiate improvement projects within the department Global Warehouse Solutions (GWS) and you contribute to cross-sector projects. You continuously improve, secure and standardize operational logistics processes, including integration with SAP and other IT tooling.
Role and responsibilitiesDrive logistic improvement projects
Identify potential improvement projects while keeping a smart balance between customer intimacy and staying truth to the ASML standards
Design and implement logistics processes and systems
Implementation of logistics solutions, including supplier selection and training of employees
Optimalisation of logistics processes by assessing processes and initiate improvements
Driving the structural improvement program within GWS in general
Be involved in ASML's ERP migration program as a SAP expert
Education and experience
Bachelor or Master in business engineering, industrial engineering, operational management or logistics
7+ years’ experience in operational logistics & engineering
Extensive SAP logistics execution (SD, MM, EWM or similar) knowledge is a must
Project, program and/or portfolio management knowledge and experience
Track record of driving process improvement projects
Hands-on experience with continuous improvements based on lean principles and effective change management
Experience with Scaled Agile Framework is a plus
