**Date Posted:** 2025-09-26 **Country:** Singapore **Location:** 51 Calshot Road, Singapore **Position Role Type:** Unspecified **What You Will Do** + Lead a multi-generational team to ensure timely and quality material deliveries in support of Engine and Module MRO operations. + Mange a team of 20 to optimize material flow, kitting accuracy, and operational performance across the full value stream. + Drive transformation initiatives to enhance material kitting workflows and streamline supply chain operations. + Oversee all material flow activities and ensure timely kitting in accordance with production needs. + Optimize kitting processes for accuracy, efficiency, and operational excellence. + Develop performance indicators (KPIs) for the team to track team performance + Monitor resource availability, including staffing and space, to ensure minimal operations disruptions + Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements. + Collaborate cross-functionally with Production Control, Materials, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Customer Support, Finance, and HR to achieve operational goals and company’s objectives. + Ensure compliance of standards; drive CORE, EH&S and Ethics culture in the team. Assume roles in EH&S sub-committees. + Carry out any other duties as assigned. **Qualifications You Must Have** + Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering or equivalent. + Min 5 years of relevant experience in people management role within Supply Chain Operations. + Strong knowledge of supply chain best practices and kitting operations + Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. + Excellent problem-solving, analytical, prioritization and multi-tasking skills. + Good team player and interpersonal skills. + Highly motivated and self-directed.
