Danfoss Power Solutions – Controls Division is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Specialist to join our global team. Based within driving distance of any Controls Division site, this position reports to the Director of Supply Chain – Controls Division and plays a critical role in leading data automation, dashboard development, and the deployment of standardized supply chain processes and tools across regions. This role will lead the evolution and optimization of our global supply chain toolbox, working across functions to drive transparency, alignment, and continuous improvement. **Job Responsibilities** Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following: • Lead the automation and digitization of supply chain tools, including dashboard development, KPI reporting, and process monitoring • Own and continuously improve the Controls Division Supply Chain Toolbox, ensuring standardization and user adoption across global regions • Partner with supply chain, manufacturing, customer service, and IT to deploy and optimize E2E supply chain processes • Support training and onboarding for new tools, standards, and systems across the Controls network • Analyze operational and project performance to identify improvement areas and support global initiatives **Background & Skills** **Required (Basic) Qualifications** • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain, including exposure to analytics or digital tools • Strong experience with Power BI, Excel/Access, or similar dashboarding/reporting tools • Hands-on experience with SAP (S/4, APO, SRP), MRP systems, and LEAN principles **Preferred Qualifications** • Master’s degree in a related discipline • Experience in a global manufacturing or multinational supply chain environment • Background in change management or process standardization leadership **Job Criteria** • Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvement and tool design • Clear, confident communication skills across multiple organizational levels and cultures • Independent, self-driven work style with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and globally • High level of attention to detail and organization • Strong digital fluency, especially in automation and KPI tracking • Willingness to travel (up to 30 days/year) At Danfoss, we believe that a diverse and inclusive workplace fosters creativity, innovation, and a broader perspective in decision-making.
