Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a **Senior Supplier Program Management Specialist** to join our dynamic team in **Mesa, Arizona** .
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Provides technical and business guidance to integrate strategic supply chain activities
+ Leads stakeholder relationships and performance throughout all contract phases
+ Conducts and guides supplier assessments
+ Develops current and projected work statement
+ Leads and establishes the basis for recovery, corrective and preventative action plans
+ Communicates supplier and organization performance plans risks, issues and opportunities to stakeholders
+ Develops and executes work movement plans
**This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.**
**This position is for 1st shift.**
**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):**
+ Technical Bachelor's, Master's or a PhD degree. (A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study)
+ 4+ years of experience in Supplier Management/Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer, Supplier Program Manager, Supply Chain Management Analyst/Item Manager, or Supply Base Manager
+ 4+ years of experience managing supplier relationships and performing supplier technology evaluations
+ 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):**
+ 5+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
+ 4+ years' experience functioning in a cross-functional environment
+ 4+ years' experience working with Supplier Management and/or Supply Chain
+ 4+ years' experience managing supplier relationships, strategic partnerships and supplier performance
+ 4+ years' experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
**Typical Education/Experience:**
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.)
**Relocation:**

**Travel:**
Position may require travel up to 25% of the time.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $110,500 - $136,500
