Position Responsibilities:
Provides technical and business guidance to integrate strategic supply chain activitiesLeads stakeholder relationships and performance throughout all contract phasesConducts and guides supplier assessmentsDevelops current and projected work statementLeads and establishes the basis for recovery, corrective and preventative action plansCommunicates supplier and organization performance plans risks, issues and opportunities to stakeholdersDevelops and executes work movement plansThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position is for 1st shift.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Technical Bachelor's, Master's or a PhD degree. (A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study)4+ years of experience in Supplier Management/Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer, Supplier Program Manager, Supply Chain Management Analyst/Item Manager, or Supply Base Manager4+ years of experience managing supplier relationships and performing supplier technology evaluations4+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and WordPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience4+ years' experience functioning in a cross-functional environment4+ years' experience working with Supplier Management and/or Supply Chain4+ years' experience managing supplier relationships, strategic partnerships and supplier performance4+ years' experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understandingTypical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.)
Relocation:

Travel:
Position may require travel up to 25% of the time.

Summary pay range: $110,500 - $136,500
