Your leadership will directly impact associate productivity, wellbeing, and engagement — making our corporate campus a true reflection of Wawa’s values. **What You’ll Do** + **Strategic Leadership:** Drive the long-term vision for the campus environment by developing and executing facility master plans, life-cycle management of building systems, and sustainability initiatives. + **Campus-Wide Impact:** Oversee the upkeep and performance of our corporate headquarters and surrounding properties with a focus on comfort, safety, aesthetics, and environmental responsibility. + **Capital & Renovation Projects:** Lead major renovations, space reconfigurations, ergonomic enhancements, and construction projects that align with organizational goals. + **Vendor & Contract Management:** Negotiate and oversee vendor relationships, ensuring consistent quality and accountability. + **Safety & Compliance:** Ensure adherence to fire life safety requirements across corporate and store networks, while setting the tone for a culture of safety. + **Team Leadership:** Build, coach, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service and foster career development opportunities. + **24/7 Responsibility:** Serve as the primary leader for building-related emergencies.
