**What you’ll do:**
+ As Senior Supervisor, Customer Experience, you will lead and manage a team of representatives and specialists
+ Manage performance and implement learning and development initiatives to improve customer experience
+ Be responsible for team motivation, setting objectives, performance reviews, development and engagement
+ Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to develop and grow customer relationships
+ Lead projects and deliver insights and recommendations
+ Drive key initiatives, identify improvements and escalate issues where necessary
+ Monitor KPIs and take action to ensure all SLAs and KPIs are met
+ Deal with escalated issues/cases
**What you need (required)**
+ University degree plus 4 years’ experience in a customer facing role (+5 if no degree)
+ Previous team management experience
+ Previous project management experience
+ Ability to recruit, develop and engage high performing teams
+ Knowledge of the end-to-end supply chain and OTC processes
+ Fluent English
+ Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word
+ Good ERP system knowledge
+ Knowledge of Power BI and data analysis
+ Knowledge of quality assurance and process mapping
+ A high degree of relationship building skills, self-awareness and emotional intelligence
+ Highly customer focused
+ Strong collaborator which sets high performance standards
+ Strong internal drive and motivation to make a difference and add value to an organisation
+ Positive, optimistic mindset and can-do attitude
**What you need (preferred)**
+ Experience with reverse logistics and consignment type business (such as Medical Device, Healthcare Markets)
+ Experience with continuous / process improvement
+ Experience of working with Oracle and Salesforce
+ 2nd European language (any Nordic language, or country based)
Preferred location is in the Nordics, Malmö/Sweden or Vantaa/Finland, but with flexibility towards Amsterdam/Netherlands or Diegem/Belgium.
