**Job Title: Senior Supervisor (Course Administration)-ONSITE**
**Summary:**
The Senior Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day activities of the Course Administration team to ensure seamless delivery of client training programs. This role provides leadership, operational oversight, and process governance to ensure training events, facilities, and systems meet all quality, service, and compliance standards. The Senior Supervisor will guide the team in supporting onsite and virtual learning, maintaining course data, resolving operational issues, and executing all training‑related administrative processes.
**Primary Duties & Responsibilities**
**Team Leadership & Oversight**
+ Manage, coach, and develop Course Administrators responsible for supporting client training activities and onsite learning operations.
+ Assign workloads, monitor performance, and ensure all team members meet service level agreements (SLAs) and quality expectations.
+ Provide escalation support for operational or service issues to ensure timely resolution.
+ Foster a collaborative, service‑oriented, and high‑performance culture.
**Operational Management**
+ Oversee the quality and efficiency of room setup, materials preparation, equipment configuration, and facility readiness for onsite/offsite training sessions.
+ Ensure adherence to client standard operating procedures (SOPs), security protocols, and compliance requirements.
+ Manage the team’s activities related to event scheduling, roster management, advertising, confirmations, cancellations, waitlists, class closeouts, and reporting.
+ Ensure accurate, timely data entry across the Learning Management System (LMS), including curriculum updates, attendance tracking, evaluations, and historical documentation.
**Process Improvement & Quality Assurance**
+ Review workflows and identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and enhance learner experience.
+ Monitor quality metrics, audit compliance with SOPs, and ensure consistent execution across the team.
+ Lead troubleshooting for operational discrepancies, facility issues, or LMS data concerns.
+ Recommend and implement improvements to training operations, tools, and documentation.
**Administrative & Reporting Responsibilities**
+ Oversee timely and accurate reporting of attendance, evaluations, class status, and operational performance metrics.
+ Maintain organized record‑keeping practices, including physical and digital training history records.
+ Support client-requested initiatives, projects, or process updates as needed.
**Skills**
+ Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
+ Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to fast‑changing environments.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
+ Experience working within a Learning Management System (LMS).
+ Background in corporate learning, event coordination, or training support environments.
+ Demonstrated problem‑solving abilities and analytical mindset.
Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $74-76k.
