Tienes la oportunidad de prosperar personalmente, marcar la diferencia y ser parte de una cultura donde la individualidad se nota y valora todos los días. **Senior Supervisor Accounting Services** **The Senior Supervisor, Accounting Services is responsible for leading accounting operations and ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of services aligned with client expectations and business objectives.** **Key Responsibilities** + Manage and provide leadership for basic to moderately complex projects, programs, and operational priorities in alignment with business needs. + Lead or participate in cross-functional teams supporting the delivery of new and existing initiatives. + Plan, direct, and monitor daily operational volumes and team workloads. + Ensure all deliverables meet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). + Coordinate interdepartmental activities to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks. + Resolve routine operational issues by applying prior experience and sound judgment. + Clearly communicate project scope, objectives, responsibilities, and stakeholder expectations. + Develop, maintain, and enhance operational and financial reporting procedures. + Prepare and distribute reports related to project activities, financial performance, and operational metrics. + Participate in client communications and collaborate with internal departments as needed. + Maintain ownership and accountability for one or multiple review deliverables. + Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, troubleshooting support, and issue escalation for team members. + Partner with management on departmental initiatives and continuous process improvement. + Support management with daily administrative and operational activities. **Required Skills & Qualifications** + Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is required. + Advanced Portuguese proficiency (mandatory). + Proven experience with Brazilian tax regulations and compliance. + Demonstrated experience with vehicle invoicing processes, preferably within the automotive industry. + Strong knowledge of account-level reconciliations. + Prior team lead or supervisory experience (highly desirable). + Strong sense of urgency with the ability to manage competing priorities. + Deep ERP knowledge, preferably SAP and Mainframe. + Availability to work extended shifts and weekends as required. + Automotive industry Finance & Accounting experience (highly desirable). + Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. + Strong logical and analytical thinking skills. + Proactive, solution-oriented, and self-motivated. + Client-centered with a strong focus on quality and accuracy. + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
