Senior Superintendent
Job Title: Superintendent Job Description We are seeking an experienced individual with expertise in large, complex high-rise building projects to join our team as a Superintendent. In this role, you will lead all on-site activities throughout the construction process, ensuring the successful delivery of large and complex projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities + Lead and manage all on-site activities during the construction process. + Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. + Coordinate with subcontractors and manage subcontractor performance. + Oversee site safety and enforce safety protocols. + Collaborate with project management teams to align construction activities with project goals. + Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers. Essential Skills + 10+ years of industry experience, preferably in general contracting. + Experience in constructing high-rise buildings. + Proven leadership skills in managing a job-site team. + B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. + Proficiency in construction management and supervision. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Experience with construction software, with proficiency in Procore and Bluebeam preferred. + In-depth knowledge of Commercial Construction Means and Methods. + Understanding of LEED certifications and industry practices. Work Environment This position requires working both onsite and in the office, providing a dynamic work environment that balances fieldwork and project management responsibilities. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Richmond, Virginia. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $155000.00 - $185000.00/yr.
