Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a full-time Senior Suites Supervisor to join our team at EverBank Stadium in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Senior Suites Supervisor, you will lead a team, ensuring our suites and cabanas locations are clean, stocked, and ready for game day. What will you do?Supervises and coordinates team members, including training on company and departmental standards, and provides constructive feedback as neededAnalyzes and resolves problems with team members, guests, and the operation with the assistance of the Suites ManagerLearns and is comfortable with all food and beverage menu items to effectively complete financial transactions and answer guests’ questionsMaintains clean, organized, stocked, and safe areas. Immediately reports any low inventory and safety, and maintenance issues to the Suites ManagerCompletes and assists staff with opening and closing duties as outlined according to departmental standardsPerform other duties as assigned
More about youA minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a front-of-house restaurant or food service position, in a high-volume environment, is requiredA minimum of 2 years of operations experience in a sporting facility, hotel and convention space, or high-volume restaurant is requiredPrevious experience with a point-of-sale (POS) system requiredExcellent guest service skillsStrong time management and organizational skills; ability to direct the work activities of several associates simultaneously and plan aheadAbility to work accurately, efficiently, and courteously in a high-pressure environmentGood leadership and training skills; ability to teach others as well as delegate tasksBasic math skills; ability to accurately account for cash and inventoryNo college degree required
Physical requirementsAbility to lift to 40 pounds for set-up, service, and clean up of the suiteAbility to stand and walk for the entire length of the shift, including walking up and down stairs and lifting as needed
