About the role…
As a Senior Stylist you will be responsible for overseeing and executing all styling needs for Love & Roses. Consistently manage multiple projects and timelines day to day styling out everything from E-commerce to Campaign.
The main objective for this role is to elevate the Love & Roses collection through brand appropriate and on point styling. As such, having a pivotal role in developing the Love & Roses styling direction with key senior stakeholders - all the way through from research, pre-shoot development to confidently executing on set.
This role will be perfect for you if you are already operating at senior level and have previous experience working in both ecommerce and campaign/editorial styling.

You will be…
Creating inspiring, brand relevant and on-trend outfits for all Love & Roses shoots (model, creative still life, flats if needed) Elevating the product, ensuring it is commercial (mass appeal, trend follower, price conscious) whilst staying true to Love & Roses brand identity Presenting to senior stakeholders and attending meetings to actively contribute to shoot feedback on key learnings from shoots Producing style outs for pre shoots, ensuring the styling decks are up to date and sent for sign off by relevant stakeholders Consistently evaluating and raising the bar of styling through a keen eye for detail and deep understanding of proportion and fit as well as body types. Working closely with the Shoot, Buying and Marketing teams to understand which trends and how they translate to our business through customer demographic, season, end use and output Working collaboratively with the Creative team, ranging from; Art Directors, Photographers, Retouchers, Junior Stylist and other freelance collaborators on a wide range of shoots Supporting the in-house styling team; coaching and offering guidance to established and junior membersYour Talents…
Proven track record in the fashion industry with a portfolio showcasing your versatility and expertise.
