Serve as a subject matter expert on structural codes, materials, and construction techniques. Produce and review engineering documentation including drawings, specifications, and technical reports. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, project managers, and consultants to deliver integrated design solutions. Provide mentorship and technical oversight to junior engineers, fostering growth and maintaining high standards. Develop innovative structural solutions tailored to client and project needs. Perform advanced structural analysis and assessments for new builds and existing structures. Represent the firm in client engagements, site visits, and project presentations.
