We’re committed to providing sustainable and reliable solutions to our customers. _*This is a part-time consulting role_ **What you will do:** • Lead and oversee investment activities including acquisitions, venture capital investment and commercial partnerships. This might include supporting due-diligence, negotiation and integration activities. • Effectively communicate insights and recommendations across the organization as needed. • Gather • Gather information and assess the market including competitive issues, market dynamics, market service needs and provide insights to EPD and E&T leadership as appropriate. **What you will have:** **Strategic Thinking:** Knowledge of the importance of "big picture" thinking and planning; ability to apply organizational acumen and competitiveness to identify and maintain focus on key success factors for the organization. Level Extensive Experience: • Ability to communicate complex concepts to various audiences • Adapts documents and presentations for the intended audience. • Demonstrates both empathy and assertiveness when communicating a need or defending a position. **Additional Information:** • This role can be based out of our Irving, Texas or Houston, Texas offices. • This is a part-time role (3-4 days a week) • This role will not offer relocation. • This role does not offer sponsorship. • This role will require up to 25% travel (domestic & international). **Summary Pay Range:** $169,320.00 - $253,920.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
