JOB SUMMARY
Support enGen's Diversified Business Solutions leadership in strategic activities to expand IT capabilities for Medicaid growth in the dental market by:
Applying SME knowledge to analytical and strategic thinking to identify business needs for growing and sustaining the Medicaid business. Apply SME knowledge and oversee multiple teams' activities related to IT solutioning, cost estimation and execution. Develop custom presentations to recommend solutions for IT and business leadership Manage relationships with business stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement to IT capabilities
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with business/ market owners to identify key business issues, articulate problem, apply right analytical framework, develop solution and recommendations, represent findings to stakeholders and own the outcomeLead medium to large sized strategy work streams with the help of internal or external resourcesServe as subject matter expert (resource) to staff and stakeholders on membership, growth and operational strategy issuesProvide periodic informal work guidance/direction to other team members; Provide performance input and recommendations to management for development/ training plans. May have supervisory responsibilities on a project basisApply a broad knowledge of concepts and principles to develop analytical frameworks, approach and methodology best practices to analyze complex strategy issues, often applying ingenuity and originality to develop unique solutionsOther duties as assigned or requested.QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or Life Sciences or related field, or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree.5-10 years of relevant, progressive experience in strategy / management consulting firms or internal strategy groups of healthcare and related companies.Preferred
Experience with standing up an IT platform to support Medicaid Payor capabilitiesExperience in Health Insurance operations and technologyExperience in operational improvementIT Program or Portfolio ManagementSKILLS
Broad application of principles, theories, and concepts in strategic thinking, plus working knowledge of other related fieldsExceptional PC application Skills (MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)Exceptional ability to organize complex concepts into digestible presentations for multiple levels of stakeholders Knowledge of Medicaid healthcare industry trends and challengesLanguage (Other than English):

Pay Range Minimum:
$92,300.00Pay Range Maximum:
$172,500.00Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations. The displayed salary range does not reflect any geographic differential Highmark may apply for certain locations based upon comparative markets.
