Discover trust team will work alongside product, engineering and policy teams to proactively understand risk, detect harm patterns, apply state of the art technology like AI, LLMs to novel trust problems and define industry best practices. **Responsibilities** + Lead and manage cross-functional, multi- quarter, high-visibility technical trust projects (e.g., application of GenAI frameworks like agentic AI, LLM as rater across search, create strategy and momentum around user issues like clickbait, build algorithmic signals that work at scale, etc.). Analyze and debug escalations and identify trends that can indicate bigger product risks. + Use technical acumen to drive project delivery, challenge proposals and identify risks. Manage multiple interdependent projects of moderate to high complexity, manage large cross-functional teams with limited guidance and own solutions for areas within your scope. + Collaborate with other teams and functions (e.g., Engineering, Product Manager, Legal, Policy). + Perform on-call responsibilities on a rotating basis, including weekend coverage as needed. + Perform complex data analysis to derive insights that help identify and fight abuse across our products.
