Seeking a highly adaptable and strategic Senior Strategic Operations & Delivery Analyst to support senior technology leadership in driving operational efficiency, delivery excellence, and strategic alignment across engineering platforms. This role functions as an operational partner and trusted advisor part project manager, part strategist, and part chief-of-staff.

Basic Qualifications

3+ years in a related IT, operations, or strategic program support roleBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fieldStrong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to influence across teamsExcellent problem-solving and situational judgment skills

Must-Haves

Proven experience supporting senior leadership or SVPs in fast-paced tech environmentsExceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skillsHands-on experience with Airtable (non-negotiable)Ability to manage and prioritize dynamic tasks with minimal oversightExperience with presentation tools (Google Slides, Keynote, PowerPoint)Strong project coordination skills-owning tasks like event planning, reporting, org chart creation, leadership deliverables, etc.Experience driving operational initiatives and collaborating across engineering, product, and finance teamsComfortable acting as a liaison between business and technologyStrategic thinker with a "no task too small" attitude and willingness to adaptOpen to full-time conversion

Nice-to-Haves

Experience managing or coordinating $MM-level budgets (finance background not required)Exposure to tools like Confluence, WordPress, Office365, BoxFamiliarity with agile methodologies and innovation sessions

Responsibilities

Act as a right-hand to SVP leadership-building presentations, driving org-wide initiatives, and closing gaps across teamsStandardize onboarding workflows, documentation, and operational processesCoordinate logistics for all-hands events, off-sites, leadership communication, and deployment readinessBuild internal dashboards and delivery charts to track KPIs and ensure strategic goals are metPartner across engineering and business teams to enable seamless project executionProactively identify issues and drive solutions-operate with autonomy and initiativeHelp plan and support activities such as Slack-to-Teams migrations, forecast prep, and cross-functional syncsMaintain constant awareness of shifting priorities and team needs, responding with flexibility.
