This role manages a diverse portfolio includingflavor technologiesand variousingredient typesacross multiple market segments and channels. Youll act as an entrepreneurtreating your accounts like your own businesswhile leveraging creativity, value proposition selling, and customer management skills to expand existing platforms and identify new opportunities. Key Responsibilities + Prospect and close new business throughstandard,custom, andintegrated solutionselling. + Defend and grow existing business. + Manage a large portfolio of projects across Kerry functions usingSalesforce. + Provide innovative, customer-focused ideas by understanding customerbrands,platforms, andstrategies. + Build strategic relationships with customer teams (R&D, Marketing, Sourcing) and Kerry counterparts. + Participate inbusiness planningand long-term growth strategies. + Design customized, value-added product solutions. + Manage complex pricing models aligned with customer expectations. + Confidently speak tomanufacturing,supply chain, andfood scienceprocesses. Qualifications + Bachelors degree inFood ScienceorBusiness. + 57 years ofsales experiencein theFood & Beverage industry. + Strong working knowledge offood science, product development, and commercialization. + Proven track record incustomer growthandbusiness development. + Excellentcommunication,presentation, andcollaborationskills. + Proficient inMS Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint) andCRM software. + Knowledge ofsales concepts,trade spend, andpricing models. + Fluent inEnglish and French(written and spoken). + Willingness to travel up to25%to Kerry and customer facilities.
