Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:Lead the store with a focus on operational excellence and sustainable financial growthInfluence results, including sales and profitability, through data-driven decisions and customer-first strategiesCoach and mentor a high-performance team to meet and exceed organizational objectivesDrive inventory management practices that ensure accuracy and minimize loss while aligning with community needsChampion a safety cultureSet the tone for exceptional customer experience through highly prioritized service standards
Qualifications Required:Results-oriented leader with a proven ability to drive performance through accountability and metricsMinimum 5+ years of operational leadership experience in a customer-focused environmentDemonstrated success in salesmanship and coaching teams to deliver superior outcomesPractical expertise in change management and embedding lasting process improvementsHighly organized, decisive, and committed to excellence — a professional who lives to a high standard and exercises sound judgmentStrong collaboration and leadership skills in both strategic and hands-on settingsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), SAP, and retail point-of-sale systems
