**Job Description**
**Roles and** **Responsibilities**
+ Lead end-to-end project delivery for manufacturing software implementations
+ All activities related to the supervision, organization and execution of a Services project, including scope, time, contract, cost, quality, and communications management. Responsibility for adherence to project methodologies and standards to fulfill a customer order or need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction.
+ Includes direct people management responsibility including staffing and performance development (related to project execution). Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy. Coordinate cross-functional teams including consultants, developers, and client stakeholders.
+ Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
+ Uses personal judgment and has the ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions.
+ May lead larger projects with significant risks and impact
+ Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.
+ Manages client expectations and maintain strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Has the ability to engage and stay aligned in challenging situations.
+ Identifies and mitigates project risks and issues proactively
+ Ensures compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements
+ Provides post-implementation support and transition to customer success teams
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. Masters or other advanced degree/qualifications desirable. PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certification preferred.
+ This role requires advanced experience in Professional Services & Services Project Management.
+ Advanced project management experience in software implementation, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
+ Knowledge of and application experience with both Waterfall and Agile execution methodologies (and/or hybrids).
+ Willingness to travel up to 50% (as needed).
+ Effective written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish.
+ Legally able to work in Mexico.This position can work remotely within the cities in which this role has been advertised.
**Desired Characteristics and Skills**
+ Understanding of manufacturing processes (discrete, batch, or continuous)
+ Proven experience with ERP, MES, SCADA, or other industrial software platforms, preferably with experience in GE Vernova products such as Plant Applications, Scheduler, Historian, Cimplicity, or CSense
+ Familiarity with cloud-based SaaS platforms and integrations
+ Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
+ Financial experience with budget management, cost tracking including labour, invoicing, and procurement
+ Experience supporting the Services sales process including work estimations, customer presentations, and sow preparation
+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
