At Stryker, this role plays a critical part in bringing innovative medical technologies to patients by leading complex product transfer and innovation engineering initiatives. As a Staff Engineer, you will drive technical strategy, oversee engineering execution, and ensure new manufacturing technologies are successfully implemented. This is an opportunity to influence high-impact projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a highly regulated environment. This is a high-impact, 1-year fixed-term opportunity to influence critical engineering projects in a fast-paced, regulated industry.
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related engineering discipline.Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering, product development, or manufacturing environments.Experience leading new product introduction or product transfer projects in Pharmaceutical or Medical Devices industries.Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.Preferred:
Master’s degree in Engineering Management, Project Management, or related field.Experience introducing manufacturing technologies or capital equipment in production environments.Experience working in regulated industries such as medical devices or other regulated manufacturing sectors.Travel Percentage: 20%Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
