Description Robert Half is partnering with a growing and well‑established organization to identify a Senior Staff Accountant for a full‑time, direct‑hire position. As a Senior Staff Accountant, you will play a key role in the day‑to‑day accounting operations and month‑end close activities. You’ll work closely with leadership across finance and operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all financial reporting. This position is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, proactive, and eager to contribute to process improvements as the company continues to scale. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules • Participate in month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes • Assist with financial statement preparation in accordance with GAAP • Analyze variances and provide insights to management • Support budgeting and forecasting activities • Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting procedures • Assist with audits, including preparing documentation and liaising with external auditors • Collaborate cross‑functionally to resolve accounting issues and support business initiatives • Participate in special projects, system enhancements, and process optimization efforts Salary and Benefits: The salary range for this position is $60,000-$80,000, with a discretional bonus at year end. Requirements • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in accounting roles. • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. • Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel capabilities. • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • Ability to work independently while effectively contributing to team objectives.
