What You’ll Do

As a Senior Accountant, you won’t just crunch numbers.  You’ll be a trusted business partner helping us make smarter decisions and build a stronger financial future. You’ll have the opportunity to manage a wide variety of accounting functions, from general ledger and payroll to fixed assets and process improvements, while also driving efficiencies that keep our operations running smoothly.

Your day-to-day impact will include:

Owning key accounting processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.Preparing financial statements and management reports that influence business strategy.Managing our Fixed Asset ledger and ensuring accuracy across the board.Partnering with HR to align payroll and benefits with financial timelines.Supporting internal and external audits while identifying areas for improvement.Contributing to special projects and ad hoc analyses that directly shape business outcomes.

This is a hands-on role where your expertise will be valued, your voice will be heard, and your contributions will make a real difference.

What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required).3+ years of relevant accounting experience, with both Public and Private exposure preferred.Solid understanding of GAAP and preparation of financial statements.Big 4 experience and/or CPA designation (preferred).Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.Experience with ERP systems (QAD preferred).A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a dynamic environment.
