Salary: £60,000 - 69,000 depending on experience + annual performance bonus + flexible benefits (15% of base salary can be taken as cash, benefits, or a mix of both) plus full benefits listed below.

The Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and commercially minded Senior Sponsorship Manager to bring some of the world’s most iconic partnerships to life. This is your opportunity to work on high-profile events, including Formula 1, the UEFA Champions League, the Goodwood Festival of Speed, and more, ensuring every activation delivers maximum impact for our brands and consumers.
This is a high-visibility role at the heart of HEINEKEN UK, where creativity meets strategic execution. We’re looking for an experienced individual who can deliver high impact sponsorships and optimise the value of our partnerships through their team.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be responsible for maximising the return on our sponsorship and event investments, ensuring every activation aligns with brand and business objectives. You will:
Act as the business’s sponsorship expert, providing strategic guidance on new and existing opportunities to maximise ROI. Lead the planning and execution of major global sponsorship activations, including F1 British Grand Prix, Goodwood Festival of Speed, UEFA Champions League, and more. Drive on-the-ground activation and rights delivery, working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with brand objectives. Manage high-profile ambassadors and talent partnerships, including contracts, activation planning, and media deliverables. Consult on influencer campaigns, ticketing programs, and prize promotions to amplify sponsorship reach and engagement. Oversee agency and supplier relationships, ensuring best-in-class delivery and value for money. Track and report on sponsorship performance, providing insights that shape future strategies. Champion innovation and creativity, bringing bold ideas that set us apart and deliver for our brand, our partners, and our consumers. Ensure compliance with internal policies and sustainability standards across all sponsorship activities.
This role will involve working cross-functionally with the Brand, Shopper Marketing, Media, and Sales teams, as well as globally with our sponsorship teams, to align and elevate our activations worldwide.
About You
We’re looking for someone with experience in owning high-profile sponsorships and delivering high-profile, complex activations. You’ll need to be comfortable working at pace, while maintaining focus on quality, ROI, and brand alignment.
You’ll use your ability to build strong, lasting relationships and influence effectively at all levels of the business to ensure every activation drives maximum commercial and brand value while setting the standard for sponsorship excellence in the FMCG industry.
Your experience and skills include:
Proven sponsorship and partnership expertise, ideally from a sponsorship agency or brand-side sponsorship team. Talent and ambassador management, including contracts and activation planning. Strong commercial acumen, with experience in negotiation, contracting and third-party management. Ability to manage multiple activations and events simultaneously, delivering at pace. Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills, both internally and externally. Strategic thinking, with the ability to analyse data, measure ROI, and inform future decisions. Excellent time management, remaining calm under pressure and meeting deadlines. Decision-making skills with awareness of when to involve legal, finance, and other stakeholders. A collaborative yet independent working style, thriving in both team-driven and autonomous environments.
