Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech **Purpose:** + Provides expert technical product knowledge and in-service support to ensure customer satisfaction. + Prepares sales forecast reports to measure progress against goals. + Maintains all relevant product, clinical, and procedural knowledge, and articulates hospital, surgeon, and patient value propositions. + Resolves contractual issues and coordinates sales process upon purchase approval. + Assists sales staff in prospect outreach. + Answers inquiries regarding complex technical and product issues. + Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson’s Leadership Imperatives and Credo. + Job is eligible for sales incentive / sales commissions.
