This product line includes expansion valves and control components used in refrigeration and HVAC systems, such as thermostatic and electric expansion valves In this role, you act as the **operational link between regions, distribution centers (DCs), and factories** , making sure service levels are met—and stepping in to manage escalations when they are not. You will also drive the development of **structured and standardized processes** within order management for the ACR business, supporting consistency and transparency across the organization The role is primarily based in Denmark or Germany, but for the right candidate, other European locations may be considered. **Job Responsibilities** + Monitor and manage delivery service performance for ACR + Oversee order flow and follow up on orders confirmed later than the standard customer lead time (SLT) + Act as the point of contact for operational delivery escalations from regional Frontline Functions (FFs), such as sales or customer service teams + Redefine and improve the order management process in ACR, including a potential redesign of the escalation hotline + Develop a standardized follow-up approach for late-confirmed orders across regions + Analyze data and identify improvement opportunities related to collaboration between regions, DCs, and factories + Drive improvement initiatives and ensure proper follow-up on progress **Background & Skills** To succeed in this role, you bring a solid understanding of Danfoss’ end-to-end order management flow—from sales through to production—along with a structured and systematic approach to problem-solving. You are proactive by nature and have a strong drive to deliver improvements in daily operations, with a keen eye for identifying process gaps and opportunities Strong relationship-building and communication skills are essential, as you’ll be collaborating across multiple functions, cultures, and regions. Your ability to influence stakeholders and align different perspectives will be key to driving progress. Furthermore, you are confident working with data and can translate analytical insights into concrete actions.
