Overall Role Purpose
\nProvide detailed analyses and deliver sustainable and supportable solutions and/or automation to process breakdown in the service line and supporting functions.
\nJob Responsibilities
\n\nProvide standard analysis of data and manages the related pre-defined communication requirements\nManage the day-to-day activities pertaining to projects, and/or applications and/or tools, dashboards, etc.\nProvide support in simple projects under the guidance of a Business Analyst, Project Manager or Senior Program Manager.\nDeliver process map and documentation for the projects or business processes\nSupport the team in cultivating culture of continuous improvement, process efficiency and innovation\nManage team administrative requirements for the project team\nDeliver to successful completion identified initiatives (global or regional) that will deliver operational quality in the Global BPO Programs team\nAnalyse and design of technology-driven and/or automated solutions that support project or process requirements.\nAnalyse the solution qualitative benefits\nAssess innovative ideas generated from an Ideas Management program relative to benefit and cost\nSupport the Global BPO Programs Project Manager in cultivating culture ofcontinuous improvement and innovation\nLiaising with Global, regional or country team based on the project support scope.\n\nSpecific Role Challenge

\n\nProject support experience\nGood all round communicator: written, oral and presentation skills.\nSoftware skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, VBA, etc) (advantage)\nExperience in supporting a shared service centre (preferred)\nStrong IT programming knowledge (an advantage) – SQL, Power BI and C#\nExperience in logistic industry (preferred)\nProcess oriented and able to work under pressure\nDemonstrated ability to think conceptually and translate this into practical action.\nWith process engineering experience (advantage)\nStrong process documentation skill\n\nQualifications & Requirements
\nEducational Qualification
\n\nQualified University Degree holder\n\nExpected (Years of) Experience
\n\nAt least 3 years of working experience of which the last 1 years focused on process outsourcing/improvement and/or shared services\n
