Senior Specialist GBS HR System Support

			Purpose
Responsible for North America's (US, Canada) HR systems day to day operations and the continuous improvement of the HR systems and processes. Ensure HR system compliance with global, regional and local standards and a high level HR data quality and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Provide HR system support to HR and Employees Analyze and resolve HR system and interface issues in cooperation with IT Perform and assist with HR system user acceptance testing Assist with HR system project and process implementations Create and maintain HR system user manuals and provide HR system trainings Adhere to and enforce HR system data maintenance policies and guidelines as well as HR data protection and HR data privacy regulations Ensure high level of HR data integrity and validity at all times Audit and process HR system authorizations Collaborate HR internally to identify HR system and process flaws, make recommendations for improvements and eventually support their implementation Participate in regular information exchange sessions with HR Solutions and Regional HR System Support functions as well as other HR functions Assist with major Organization changes by creating and executing Mass Uploads Other HRIS related duties as assignedKey Relationships:

Knowledge Skills and Abilities
High level of affinity to learn and experience Business computing solutions Good knowledge of SuccessFactors (especially EC, Recruting, Compensation) and SAP HR (especially PA, OM, LSMW & Time Management) SAP Payroll and Project Management experience are a plus Experience supporting time management systems Experience providing support; preferably via an Incident Management solution Strong customer focus and service minded; continuous improvement mindset Analytical, solution oriented work style Self-motivated and team player mentality Ability to balance competing priorities Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
Qualifications
University degree 3+ years of work experience within the field of HR IT systems Experience working in an International Company with geographically & culturally diverse teams Excellent command of English Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
