Senior Specialist GBS HR Services

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization

 

Act as the subject matter expert and coach the HR Services Workforce Administration & People Services team in delivering high-quality, end-to-end HR operational support. Assist local HR team to launch HR strategies and approach for the respective region.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Execute and oversee all administrative tasks across the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, promotions, exits, etc.), ensuring accuracy and timeliness in line with SLA targets. Build and maintain strong, proactive relationships with regional HR teams, business partners, and global functional teams. Act as a subject matter expert in resolving complex or escalated employee inquiries and operational issues. Identify process risks and implement preventive and corrective actions using data-driven insights. Ensure operational compliance with legal regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements. Provide expert input and support for local and global HR projects, including system enhancements, policy changes, and service transitions. Lead and support projects focused on legal compliance, process optimization, and service efficiency. Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.

Experience/Skill Required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Proven leadership and people management skills, with experience guiding teams in a service delivery or shared services environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data accuracy and operational excellence. Demonstrated experience in full employee lifecycle processing and HR operations. Experience leading projects that address legal compliance and process efficiency. Proficiency in HR systems such as SuccessFactors, SAP-HR, and ticketing platforms. Solid understanding of project management principles and experience contributing to cross-functional initiatives. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HR operations or shared services, preferably within a multinational company. Any people management experience will be an advantage. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel. Strong command of both spoken and written English.
