Senior Specialist - Digital Adoption & Analytics
As the Senior Specialist – Digital Adoption & Analytics, you will lead the administration of Wesco’s WalkMe platform and other digital adoption tools to empower employees and drive business success. You will ensure seamless tool functionality, align solutions with organizational goals, and leverage analytics to optimize user engagement and adoption. **Responsibilities:** + Design and deploy advanced WalkMe solutions across company applications to enhance digital adoption and user experience. + Maintain and document the WalkMe solution catalog, including applications, flows, and solutions, to ensure consistency and scalability. + Create and implement interactive guides, tooltips, and in-app messaging to support end-users. + Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WalkMe and other digital adoption platforms. + Develop and analyze reports on user interaction data and success metrics to measure adoption, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement. + Deliver engaging training sessions and resources on digital adoption tools, including WalkMe, for end-users and stakeholders. + Integrate new digital adoption technologies into existing systems to ensure smooth transitions and maximize impact. + Perform additional tasks, such as updating in-app guidance, creating tutorials, and ensuring a consistent user experience across platforms. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, HR Systems, Data Analytics, or related field. + 6+ years of hands-on experience administering digital adoption platforms (e.g., WalkMe or similar in-app guidance tools). + WalkMe Builder Certifications Level I and Level II preferred. + Proficiency with WalkMe Insights is preferred. + Demonstrated expertise in deploying solutions, creating in-app guidance, troubleshooting, and maintaining digital adoption platforms. + Proven ability to develop user-focused support materials and training (e.g., interactive guides, job aids, webinars). + Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting user interaction data and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders. + Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting; intermediate proficiency in PowerPoint. + Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex adoption metrics and concepts to diverse audiences. Proficiency in using MS Teams for effective communication and collaboration is preferred. _\#LI-RA1_
