What You'll Do

The role is with job scope and exposure for the SEA system in which comprises of six offices in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh City and Manila.

 

The Finance team has specialized team to deal with Accounting & Controlling, Compliance & Audit, Payroll & Mobility and Commercial & Planning. 

 

The SEA Commercial Lead role is part of the Commercial & Planning team. This team provides support to the front-end business. The team is responsible to support the business on commercial negotiation, project management, reporting and analysis.

 

YOU’RE GOOD AT

 

Support Case Leadership to understand their project performance, monitor the cost to complete and identify risk issues

Review WIP balances and managing the required weekly absorptions, tracking partners’ time billing, tracking staffing investmentReviewing and tracking VBP project activitiesAssisting in reporting to CPC/CAT on case performance and discounts calculationInvoicing and debt collection activitiesSupport Staffing team’s requests for case extension, OTIP, CPC approved budget and leading weekly meeting with them to discuss the case essentialsRFP compilation, coordination and submission activitiesManagement and administration of the Contracts database (CCM)Monitoring and tracking of proposal code under new DSO policyMonthly tracking and reporting of OTIP actual spend, Campaign and Warchest investment spend, pricing leakage, senior advisors’ activities etcManagement of costs chargeback CCI, Translator, etcSupport in year-end revenue credit activitiesSupport in month-end and year-end closing activities for WIP and AR provisions, sales development accruals, variance flux analysis on revenue, AR, and WIP, Theocap calculation and adjustments etcSupport the accounting team in year-end statutory audits and requests from external auditorsSupport the Manager in leading new initiatives to ensure the Commercial operations continue to evolve to address the changing in the business needs

What You'll Bring

Skilled on excel (able to do macro, dashboard), tableau and other analytical tools.Ability to create complex workbook, able to sift through large data and come up with summarized analysis that facilitates decision-making.Attitude needs to be very positive, self-motivated, able to deal with ambiguity and has the desire to go deeper to analyse. Self-driven, acts upon needs rather than upon requestsAble to multi-task in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, deadline driven service-oriented environment and produce accurate results.Flexibility to work in an environment that has short-term shifts in priorities to meet a diverse customer baseStrong organizational and time management skills and ability to set prioritiesBe a team player and yet able to work independently, with demonstrated ability to be flexible, responsive, pro-active and willing to take initiative, seek continuous improvementDemonstrate strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of staffConsistently handle situations with tact and patience and able to work well under pressureProficiency to work with systems and eagerness to learn more (i.e. Excel, Business Objects, Time & Billing, Oracle, Hyperion)Accounting degree is desirable, however, application of mind to deal with commercial nature of business will be deciding factor
