Your Role:

To manage, analyse, and transform regulatory data into actionable insights that support compliance, efficiency, and strategic decision-making across the organization. The role ensures the integrity, accuracy, and timely delivery of regulatory reports and analytics for Regulatory FunctionData Management & Analysis and Retrieve, process, and analyse regulatory data from multiple sources.Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with established standards.Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.Optimize data retrieval processes using advanced SQL techniques for better performance.Regulatory Reporting and Prepare and deliver regular and ad-hoc regulatory compliance reports.Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics for stakeholders.Develop and manage multipass complex reporting visualizations to consolidate multi-source data into actionable insights.Work closely with global regulatory teams, quality assurance, and safety functions.Act as a subject matter expert on data availability, definitions, and analytics processes.Process & System Improvement and Participate in projects to enhance data retrieval, reporting, and visualization tools.Work with data platforms such as Palantir Foundry (or equivalent) for managing and integrating large datasets.Leverage regulatory systems such as Veeva Vault RIMS and LifeSphere for data management and reporting.Support automation initiatives to streamline regulatory data workflows.Audit & Inspection Readiness and to Ensure all datasets, reports, and processes are audit ready.Support inspections by providing accurate and timely data.

 

Who You are:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related discipline.5+ years of experience in regulatory operations, data analytics, or related field.Strong knowledge of global regulatory compliance requirements.Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard development and interactive reporting.Strong SQL expertise with a focus on query optimization and database performance tuning.Experience working with data platforms such as Palantir Foundry, Snowflake, or similar.Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault RIMS and LifeSphere for regulatory information management and safety data handling.Expertise in Multipass complex reporting visualization for advanced analytics solutions.
