We are looking for a hard working individual interested in beginning a career as a data center technician. You will be a member of a small team providing 24x7x365 supporting 70k sqft of IT equipment. You will learn and be responsible for the installation, diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and decommissioning, thousands of servers, network equipment, and supporting cabling.
You will be able to provide users with technical hands-on support, while providing excellent customer service while ensuring the safety and confidentiality of the data within the facility. Team members may have opportunities to visit and provide temporary support of two other data centers as needed while working to improve the efficiency and utilization of all data center locations.

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
